Morning Grace Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Morning Grace: Prayer Alarm (the "App"), published by BridgebotAI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. The App asks your age during setup to enforce this requirement, and by using the App you represent that the age you provide is accurate.

3. Description of Service

Morning Grace is an alarm app that wakes you with a personalized daily audio prayer of Scripture, encouragement, and prayer. During setup you provide a first name, your age, and answers about what is on your heart, and you may write a prayer request in your own words. Those answers are used to write the prayers you hear. Subscribers also have access to an in-app chat feature.

The App does not require an email address or password. Your profile is identified by an anonymous identifier created on your device. The App contains no advertising. How we handle the information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Morning Grace is a paid auto-renewing subscription, and a subscription is required to use the App.

Plans

• One Year of Mornings, an annual subscription, offered with a free trial week
• Month by Month, a monthly subscription

The price of each plan, your local currency, and the exact length of any free trial are shown to you in the App before you buy, exactly as configured in the App Store.

Payment

Purchases are made through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and Apple is the merchant of record. We never receive or store your payment details.

Auto-renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the price and interval of the plan you chose. It will renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Free trial

Where a plan is offered with a free trial, the trial converts into a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. If you buy a subscription while a free trial is running, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited. Free trial terms are subject to Apple's rules, including any limit on how often the same Apple Account may take a trial.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your Apple Account subscription settings, on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription, and neither does deleting your account inside the App. Billing is held by Apple, so it must be cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Please cancel there first if you intend to stop being charged.

Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by us. Requests should be made to Apple. We cannot issue refunds for a purchase made through the App Store, though you are always welcome to contact us and we will help where we can.

Changes to plans and pricing

We may change our plans or prices. Where a change affects a subscription that is already running, Apple will notify you and ask for your consent as its rules require, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Morning Grace is an AI companion inspired by the teachings of Jesus. The prayers it delivers, and any replies in the in-app chat, are AI-generated content intended for encouragement and reflection. They are not, and do not claim to be, literal divine communication, and they do not come from a member of the clergy or from any human being writing to you personally.

The App is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, or pastoral care, and nothing it says is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Generated content can be wrong or unsuitable. Please use your own judgement, and seek qualified human help for anything serious.

6. Crisis Situations

Morning Grace is not an emergency service and cannot get help to you. If you are in crisis, or thinking of harming yourself, please reach a person who can help right now:

• 988, call or text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
• Text HOME to 741741, the Crisis Text Line
• 911, if you are in immediate danger

The App also shows these resources when its automated safety checks suggest you may be struggling. As described in our Privacy Policy, messages and notes are checked automatically, and flagged content may be reviewed by our team so that someone in trouble is not missed.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended lawful purpose and not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App or its backend services.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, and generated audio content, is owned by BridgebotAI. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission.

9. Third-Party App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the usage terms of the app store from which you downloaded it (Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement or Google Play's Terms of Service, as applicable). In the event of a conflict between this section and those terms, the app store's terms govern your relationship with that store.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BridgebotAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. To stop being billed, cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings, as described in section 4. To remove your data, delete your account from the App's profile screen or contact us. See our Privacy Policy for what deletion removes and how long it takes.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, including the acceptable use section above.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
